Women kick ass.

It's trite to say now, what with the bumper stickers and T-shirts and all, but really, it's true. We rock. RAWK, I tell ya.

We had our open house for the self-defense class that just ended last night and it was just one of those I'll always remember. It was a great class and a great group of supporters and I just always feel so mixed when a class ends...sorry to see them go and grateful for some much needed free time.

Those of you in the area who haven't seen this should really try sometime because to see women of all shapes and sizes and ability hit stuff and defend themselves is truly amazing. It's truly amazing work and I feel honored to do it.

Ok, so it doesn't hurt that my girl and my crushgirl and her lovely, lovely boy were there to cheer us on.

I'll tell you, though, I sure am sore today!
